PAYMENT:
Buyer must make payment in full, prior to delivery of the Parts / Equipment. Normal way to pay is Paypal method, we also accept Money Order, or Check. All applicable taxes and duties shall be paid by buyer. Payment processing can be completed through the prescribed methods below.
DELIVERY:
We ship by default USPS Flate Rate Box, all other method will depend of item weight and distance to ship, we are open to customer preferences, please request. Items will ship 1-2 days bussines days (excludes weekends and holidays) after receipt of confirmed / verified Paypal payments. Orders paid by check or Money Order (MO) may be delayed up to 5 days for processing. We do not process orders on ship on weekends or holidays.
WARRANTY RETURN POLICY:
The new parts / equipment is garanteed to be in working conditions and is warranted for one full year of the invoice date, if the unit is foud defective within one year of the invoice date, return it for a free replacement or repair. (if you need to make a warranty return claim please contact us at service@hummingbird-tech.com for a Retur Autorization Number (RMA#) prior to any return). Our obligation shall be limited to the repair or replacement at our choice of any defective product (or part thereof as we determine free of charge to our custumer), If we decide that the product cannot be repaired or erplaced a refund will apply as "money back". our producs are warranted to aour custumers only, undel normal use, storage, handling, installation, and other normal conditions.
NON-WARRANTY RETURN POLICY:
If you are dessatisfied with a product from "MRO-Supply" you may return the product within 30 calendar days of the invoice date. A 30% restock administration fee apply to all non warranty returns. No non-warranty returns will be accepted 30 days after the invoice date (if you need to make a non-warranty return claim please contact us at service@hummingbird-tech.com for a return material authorization number (RMA#) prior to any return
WARRANTY AND NON-WARRANTY RETURN SHIPPING FEE:
All returns will proceed only if warranty seal hasn't been broken, shipping charges in warranty returns will be paid by MRO-Supply, and non warranty returns will be paid by custumer. When you ask for an RMA# pleae provide the control number printed on the warranty seal. for used parts / equipment the warranty is described on the subtitle in red.
